We followed the basic directions on the Pimm's bottle and added Impatiens blossoms, cucumber spears, orange slices and strawberries to each glass. Serve Pimm's with savory nibbles. Tea sandwiches are nicest. Try tinned salmon and dill with a thick layer of butter (to stick things together) or cucumber and cress with mayonnaise. Gummy white bread, trimmed of crust, is the key to tea sandwich success - and authenticity.
