Yogurt with Mango, Turmeric and Garam Marsala

Yogurt with Mango, Turmeric and Garam Marsala

  • 1 small piece turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced
  • Juice of one lime
  • Big dollop full fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 ripe mango, diced
  • raw organic honey
  • Pinch Garam Marsala

Combine turmeric and lime juice in a small bowl and let stand a few minutes.  Spoon yogurt into a favorite bowl. Top with mango, a drizzle with honey, sliced turmeric and lime juice and a pinch of garam marsala.
