Yogurt with Mango, Turmeric and Garam Marsala
- 1 small piece turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced
- Juice of one lime
- Big dollop full fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 ripe mango, diced
- raw organic honey
- Pinch Garam Marsala
Combine turmeric and lime juice in a small bowl and let stand a few minutes. Spoon yogurt into a favorite bowl. Top with mango, a drizzle with honey, sliced turmeric and lime juice and a pinch of garam marsala.
