Potato Vodka with Dill and Coriander
Too new to the world of cocktails to give an exacting recipe for this concoction - and what fun is that. However this much I know for sure. If you chill a bottle of potato vodka until icy cold, decant into pretty glasses filled with a few sprigs flowering dill, coriander seeds and thinly sliced cucumbers (we used Mexican Gherkins just to really show off) - then you will be sipping pretty! Serve on the rocks or with a splash of soda to water down as needed.
