Moroccan Style Yogurt
Guidelines are more appropriate here than a recipe
- Lavash or flat bread, toasted until just crisp
- Big spoonful plain thick yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 oven roasted tomatoes, tomato chutney or sweet sun dried tomatoes in oil
- Handful fresh oregano
- Good olive oil, for drizzling
- Pinch toasted sesame seeds
- Pinch sumac
- Pinch sea salt
- Tahini sauce, for serving
Spoon yogurt over toasted bread. Top with cucumber and tomatoes and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds, sumac and sea salt. Serve with lots of tahini sauce. Close your eyes and dream of sun and sand.
