Hot Chocolate Valentine
- 200g. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (preferably Valrhona)
- 130g. Sugar
- 40g. Golden Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Fleur de Sel
- Milk
- Tequila
- Spice mix
- 3 3/4tsp. Saigon Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tsp.Morita
- 3 3/4 tsp. Urfa Biber
Combine cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar and salt in a small bowl. Figure about 2 to 4 tablespoons chocolate mix and 6 ounces milk per serving. Heat milk in a small saucepan and whisk in chocolate. Combine spice mix in a small jar. Sprinkle into hot chocolate in small pinch increments until heat is to your liking. Keep whisking until hot and frothy. Serve in mugs with a hot of tequila, bourbon or rum. Excess chocolate and spice mix can be stored in a cool dry place until needed, Sweet dreams.
